Here are the changes in version 1.1.0:

Added highlighting animation to changing graphs.
Separated out buyer and seller graphs.
Made graphs overlap one another to better demonstrate them reaching equilibrium (feedback from Primer).
Made buyers and sellers prioritize recent history when adjusting daily prices.
Adjusted the starting ratio to 66% buyers / 33% sellers.
Fixed issues with the button for opening/closing the settings panel at the bottom.
Fixed bug with starting character count spin box jumping to 2.
Fixed characters resetting positions when adding new characters.
Fixed pause after adding new characters.
Added linear interpolation to graph heights.
Tweaked speed and visual settings.
Additional bug fixes.
