Updated to 0.16.1

Updated to version 0.16.1!
Releases along the way included 0.15.1, 0.15.2, and 0.16.0.

Now compatible with Godot 4.4.
This release also includes a level select menu provided by a new collaborator on the GitHub. Also numerous bug fixes.
