Updated to 0.13.0

Updated to version 0.13.0! Just in time...

A 2nd release this month. By simplifying in-game menus, this one feels like a big step toward a 1.0 release.

Changes in some detail:

• Updates documentation.
• Adds overlaid menus that handle passing focus back when closing.
• Replaces pause menu and level progress screens.
• Removes deprecated class for controlling in-game menus.
• Bug fixes and code clean up.
