Updated to 0.6.1

This update includes major improvements to the installation process and prepared the credits scene for being split into another repo.

Changes (since 0.5.0) in detail:

• Adds examples installer on plugin startup and as tool menu item.
  
• Adds more inherited scenes and extended scripts to examples.
• Rearranges assets and nodes in scene trees, specifically menus.
• Renames success/failure screens to win/lose.
• Tweaks credits scene and attribution example.

A lot of work was put into the installer tool, so I hope others find it helpful. Feel free to share feedback.

I'm currently working on the next update, likely a 0.7.0 release, which aims to reduce the time/effort required to add options to menus.
